It’s a hard cheese speciality made from pasteurised cow’s milk and aged for over 60 days to develop its sweet taste and distinct aroma. With a brownish rind and a slightly yellowish section dotted with small holes, Sugo not only delights the taste buds but is also a valuable source of calcium, iron, copper, and zinc. This aged cheese offers a unique combination of firm texture, subtle sweetness, and nutritional benefits, making it ideal for gourmet platters as well as everyday meals with a touch of sophistication.
